By downloading our mobile apps you agree and accept the terms and conditions of our policy services for vehicle maintenance to your location or home address. However, eventually we will remind and request permissions or notification alerts through email and by our system apps of Alianza Engineering Design LLC.

At ALIANZA ENGINEERING NETWORK AEN : Our technologies detect all users monetary purpose progress, from purchases, detecting intention of each purchase action from the users when claims come to happen, such as Successful payments and not comprehensive and mistaken device tapping action under stripe database.

WARNING: Our Mobile Technicians are Highly trained and prepared for the work requested to perform at your location address or Established shops, The Technicians acknowledge the information below and comply with OSHA guidance. (We Highly Suggest to Our Clients to provide our technicians) the space and/or distance to focus for safety reasons, Any Distraction could be a cause the Technician to suffer a hurt, have a Serious Injury or Even Death. If any of the situations briefly described occur, contact your local Emergency Number 911 or local authorities and Notify our Administrator right away!
We encourage all Business Owners and Techs to Use Common Sense and do not try to go Around the system tool, otherwise You are subject to face it under your own risk.

Privacy Data: The Mobile Applications collect information such as your Name, Email and Basic Contact. We will be tracking your Location as a BACKGROUND and will be always active even when the app is not in use. also we will receive notifications, specific information such as service transactions. products and location updates Unless you are fully logged out and close the app properly.

Customers: Once you request a service you are going to be charged for full service unless some of these options Below may occur. It’s a must from our Technicians to request the vehicle information and VIN Number to Match the Precise Description of your vehicle for maintenance parts! ( This easy entry information is not provided you’re going to have Issues that the local Established Business and Mobile Technician and as well as our app System are not Responsible for any Wrong Part or Issue requested! We encourage you to FILL ALL BLANK INFORMATION WHEN REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT.)

If a cancellation occur under a Established Business sale Process, it has to be submitted by the vehicle owner and the Established Business, ( 50% fee of full amount will be applied until further investigation,) and the vehicle can’t submit a service with our Apps system within 72 to 120 hours since service was requested and cancel by the vehicle owner under the Alianza Maintenance App, However if a dispute begins among the Customer, Business and Technician It will be submission by our Administrator department on behalf to mitigate further solutions and interaction with the services described and what happened.
We are totally free of liability if you as a customer request a service and your credit or debit card has no funds, you still will be charged and it might cause overdraft to your bank account.

(Alianza Engineers App) : When you press/Tap CONNECT button, this app collects BACKGROUND LOCATION data to enable and assign trips in the area where you are, the app is in BACKGROUND, EVEN when CLOSED OR NOT IN USE. You can deactivate it at the moment when you no longer want to receive any more Deliveries.

HERE’S SOME FOLLOWING BASIC EXAMPLES OF SITUATIONS THAT YOU AGREE AND MAY EXPERIENCE WITH ALIANZA ENGINEERING DESIGN LLC. APPS SYSTEM:
( Use Common Sense and Understand that there’s a Reaction Over a Action )

1. The technician has the duty to come to your location once he accepts the service.

2. If for any reason the mechanical technician travels and hauls his equipment and the customer is not in the location you will be charged for a fee of $40-50+ USD amount for service request only. (Beyond the distance limit 15 miles radius is ONE USD DOLLAR plus per mile).

3. If you are located out of the service range additional charges may apply.(Beyond the distance limit is a plus per mile).

4. There’s a limit of 15 minutes of waiting for the technician to have physical contact with the owner’s vehicle.

5. If the Vehicle’s description is incorrect if your Alianza’s profile is not matching you still will be charged for the “travel request / hauling call”.

6. If your Vehicle’s description maintenance requested is not the right as requested from the app automatically you’ll be charged for a fee of ($50) for service hauling request.

7. If the owner’s vehicle has damaged the part to perform maintenance and is notorious by the technician Automatically the service will be canceled depending on (inspection criteria) and the owner’s vehicle be charged for a fee of ($50 and plus beyond distance limit per mile).

8. If the vehicle has a part to replace and the service Cannot be Completed once the technician inspect it, there will be the matching reasons why and the owner’s vehicle will be charged.

9. The App system does not offer Digital devices for retail or sale.

10. Frozen bolt stuck into the part to work.

11. Frozen part due to weather conditions it could be Iron and Aluminum bonded.

12. Stripped Nut or Bolt that requires a Mechanical Shop labor performance.

13. Broken bolt not allowing the technician to replace the part.

14. Hammered Bolt, Nut or Stud/Pin not allowed to work into the vehicle.

15. Previous work uncompleted by a 3rd party or owner’s vehicle that damaged the part.

16. The labor is not proper for the weather conditions from the exterior.

17. The vehicle’s Part needs to be tested and examined before work on it.

18. The owner’s vehicle bought the wrong part.

19. The owner’s vehicle DID NOT MENTION additional work.

20. The owner’s vehicle IS DISTRACTING The technician and not allowing him/her to focus.

21. The labor requires Machine shop / Mechanic shop.

22. The vehicle value is not worth the labor or service estimate price to perform.

23. The vehicle seemed to Break down already and the Technician reported it to the Administrator Intermediate.

24. The Owner’s Vehicle has an Engine Knocking noise.

25. The Owner’s Vehicle Transmission DOES NOT WORK properly or slips.

26. The Technician was feeling sick at the Vehicle’s location

27. The Technician had symptoms of Driving Under the Influence.

28. The Technician didn’t carry the proper tools.

29. The Technician took the wrong location address.

30. The Technician refused to perform the picked service.

31. The Technician did not show up at the vehicle’s location request.

32. The Owner’s Vehicle Treated the Technician.

33. The Technician treated the Owner’s Vehicle.

34. The Vehicle will need to be towed to a Shop or Address location.

35. The Owner Vehicle requests the service on the Roadside.

36. The Vehicle has External or Internal Damages Already.

37. You agree that the information you provided and share is the information that complies with our system for security purposes.

38. The information of the vehicle must match the vehicle’s profile.

39. The Owner and the Vehicle must match the profile info in presence when the Technician arrives at the location.

40. The owner must be present at the vehicle location to perform the maintenance service
The VIN Number must match the Vehicle for accurate parts search.

41. The Owner’s Vehicle must Provide the Technician his space and distance to focus and perform the service, for safety reasons.

42. The Technician has the right to request a full detail to the Owner’s Vehicle of what happened to the vehicle when inspected.

43. The Owner’s Vehicle has the right to request a full detailed explanation from the Technician of what it was done, why and how it works.

44. The Technician must pick up the parts if the Owner’s Vehicle doesn’t have them and request them.

45. The parts have a different price cost, from the labor or service to provide to the Owner’s Vehicle.

46. The Owner’s Vehicle can buy his own Parts under his own liability (must notify on chat of business BEFORE DISPATCH MECHANIC OR TECHNICIAN SERVICE.

47. A Mechanic can not request a tow service unless is granted to tap the yellow button process from the Vehicle Owner Permission.

48. The Tow Truck was requested from the mechanic and/or showed up at the requested location and the Owner’s Vehicle denied the service causing a hauling call fee charge non refundable AT TOW TRUCK COMPANY COST.

49. The Owner’s Vehicle requested the service and Changed mind right after purchase submission.

50. The vehicle doesn’t even start at all.

51. The vehicle has a Significant Electrical Problem not described in the sale or purchase.

52. The Technician has the right to work on the vehicle and specific and safe place only

53. You agree that the Technician has to work in one part but will need to remove other part/s to reach the issue part (this may cause you to put such parts under risk! majority of older vehicles tend to experience it often.)

54. The Owner’s Vehicle doesn’t have the right to interact with our Technicians and request for “personal contact information, social media accounts and personal interactions,” besides the Vehicle’s Maintenance Labor.

55. The Owner’s Vehicle should not offer Services in exchange for the request service.

56. The Technician should not offer Extra services in exchange to the Owner’s Vehicle.

57. The Technician Must focus and concentrate on the job requested to perform.

58. The Owner’s Vehicle should not request extra services of inspections to the technician.

59. The Owner’s Vehicle should not offer any drink or food to the Technician.

60. The Technician should not ask for any kind of drink or food from the Owner’s Vehicle.

61. The Technician should not take a break if (under technician criteria.)

62. The part was not taken off yet.

63. The part was excessively examined.

64. When the Technician accepted a service already.

65. The Technician should take a partial break or a full break when.

66. The Technician took off the part or dropped the fluid(s)

67. The Technician finished the job.

68. The Technician needs to go to the bathroom.

69. The Technician already worked 4 hours constantly.

70. The Owner’s Vehicle bought the wrong part but needed an extra part or fluid. Charges apply for the part or fluid and travel by miles/distance.

71. The Owner’s Vehicle, bought the right part and needs to take The Old Part off ONLY however he/she will still be charged for the full labor service.

72. The Owner’s Vehicle got the Full Labor Done by the Technician, however the Vehicle Owner tried to remove the part or replace it after the Technician worked causing damage.

73. The Vehicle Owner tried to work on his own vehicle but requested our services due to damage caused by himself (which does not guarantee from a Technician a full service.)

74. The Vehicle Owner damaged a part of his own vehicle and requested our services. FOR A EXAMINATION ONLY!

75. The Vehicle Owner damaged a part and requested our services. FOR A EXAMINATION AND SERVICE as Mobile Car Service or Shop required The technician will examine and determine the vehicle conditions.

76. The Technician got requested for examination to determine a Mechanical, Electrical and/or Body Evaluation.

77. The Technician was requested to determine an Electrical Evaluation.

78. The Technician Requested parts to the Vehicle Owner! but, the Vehicle Owner Denied! however, (he/she still will get charged for hauling and travel calls.)

79. The Technician Requested parts to the Vehicle’s Owner, but the vehicles owner Deny due to Non affordable part(s) by the vehicle’s owner, (However he/she still get charged for hauling and travel call.)

80. The Technician started the evaluation of the damage and the Vehicle’s Owner picked an excuse to make a complaint.

81. The vehicle’s owner tried to justify miscommunication from the Technician and open a claim without a reason.

82. The technician picks a conversation (which he/she should not in regards to the client’s privacy.)

83. The Vehicle Owner mistreats The Technician properly and makes discriminate comments immediately causing a report to the local authorities.

105. The Technician Must Have his vehicle in proper conditions to work and need to be verified by ALIANZA’s team.

106. The Technician took belongings from the owner’s vehicle without consentment.

107. The Vehicle Owner left the location when the technician was performing the Vehicle.

108. The Vehicle Owner took tools from the Technician.

109. The Technician left tools at the Vehicle Owner’s location.

110. The Vehicle Owner changed the location and information provided from the previous service.

111. Our system apps are built with full monitoring in real time anywhere which you agree to follow full monitoring of your location.

112. Our system is developed for commodities based in auto services, you agree allowing us to track your position unless you log out properly and/or delete your app.

113. We do not sell or intrude into your privacy information, every user remains confident in our database, which you agree with in such of our database process.

114. You acknowledge that our system tracks your position and location “even if you delete the apps from your device” (unless you logout and close your logs the right way properly.)

115. Our tracking system is developed for safety and quality purposes only when you are agreeing to this condition as a user.

116. Established Businesses must provide offered services details.

117. Established Businesses must provide performed services details.

118. Established Businesses cannot perform and charge for maintenance at vehicle’s owner location without ALIANZA’s compliance.

119. Established Businesses can have their own Mobile Technician registered.

120. “Established Businesses have no access to their own Mobile Technician earning, Under Alianza’s APP System.”

121. The Established Business Mobile Technician complies with the ALIANZA’s Team independently and the Established Business at same time.

122. ALIANZA’s Team does not provide transportation vehicles to the Established Businesses Mobile Technician, ( This is up to the Established Business to their own Technician.)

123. The Established Businesses can not cancel the service requested by the Vehicle’s Owner, unless the Vehicle’s Owner allow and confirm cancellation “FEES Will Apply”

124. The Established Businesses Cannot perform Services from the same Vehicle’s Owner once its cancellation after 72 to 120 hours ( This applies for Mechanical Repair and Body Shops ) Depending on the service!

125. The Vehicle’s Owner needs to briefly explain reasons for cancellation (if cancellation proceeds.)

126. The Established Businesses require to sign up under a 1099 form submitted to the Internal Revenue Service in order to sustain business transactions.

127. The Mobile Technicians are required to sign up under a 1099 form submitted to the Internal Revenue Service in order to sustain business transactions.

128. The Mobile Technicians will provide the 20% of the earnings as commission to ALIANZA’s Team by Every Service Provided.

129. The Mobile Technicians will Keep their own earnings and must report to the Internal Revenue Service their income and tax deductions themselves.

130. The Established Businesses will Keep their own earnings and must report to the Internal Revenue Service their income and tax and deductions themselves.

131. The mobile technician Should not have a second assistant unless is a partner registered under ALIANZA’s Team and/or Established Businesses.

132. The Technician Jack Stands Are not in Right conditions to work.

133. The Technician Hydraulic Jack Is not working in proper conditions.

134. The Technician NEEDS TO AVOID getting distracted, this could cause to be injured or even being crushed to death by a vehicle at all times.

135. The Technician Must follow the Regulations of Machinery or Equipment Training by OSHA.

146. You acknowledge that our system tracks your position and location “even if you delete the apps from your device” (unless you logout and close your logs the right way.)

147. Our tracking system is developed for safety and quality purposes only when you are agreeing to this condition as a user.

148. Established Businesses must provide offered services and details.

150. Established Businesses cannot perform and charge for maintenance at vehicle’s owner location without ALIANZA’s compliance system App.

151. Established Businesses can have their own Mobile Technician registered under ALIANZA ENGINEERS APP.

152. “Established Businesses have no access to their own Mobile Technician earnings tools or Personal Space 16 inch Radius or it’s own elbow Radius.”

153. The Established Business Mobile Technician complies with the ALIANZA’s Team independently and the Established Business at same time.

154. ALIANZA’s Team does not provide transportation vehicles to the Established Businesses and/or Mobile Technician, ( This is up to the Established Business to their own Technician mitigation. )

155. The Established Businesses can not cancel the service requested by the Vehicle’s Owner, unless the Vehicle’s Owner allows and confirms cancellation “FEES Will Apply” based on the product / service price or percentage.

156. The Established Businesses Cannot perform Services from the same Vehicle’s Owner once it was canceled after 72 to 120 hours ( This applies for Mechanical maintenance / Repair and Body Shops ) Depending on the service!

157. Vehicle’s Owner need to briefly explain detailed reasons of cancellation ( if cancellation proceed for future user requests safety. )

158. The Established Businesses require to sign up under a 1099 form submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (USA) or Foreign revenue tributary department in order to sustain business income transactions and deductions.

159. ( The Business and Technician has Full Liability independently from ) Alianza Engineering Design LLC.

160. The Mobile Technicians are required to sign up under a 1099 form submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (USA) or Foreign revenue department in order to sustain business transactions.

161. The Mobile Technicians will provide the 20% of the earnings as commission to Alianza Engineering Design LLC by Every Service Provided.

162. The Mobile Technicians will Keep their own earnings and must report to the Internal Revenue Service their income and tax deductions themselves.

163. The Established Businesses will Keep their own earnings and must report to the Internal Revenue Service their income and tax and deductions themselves.

165. The mobile technician Should not have a second assistant unless is a partner registered under ALIANZA’s Team and/or Established Businesses.

DEMOGRAPHICS:

The Information required in Alianza Engineering Network is used only for internal use in the applications and for common use between local technical or mechanical businesses in radio distance of 15 miles Radius, we keep the information of users (customers), local Businesses and Technicians / Mechanics confidential and we do not have any type of external interaction, sell or share the information to third parties.
We protect all users information and is enclosed confidentially in the alianza apps database, and the only usage is internally exposed such as name, phone vehicle description info and location address with the company Alianza Engineering Network and Stripe the information, we normally require for use of the system and assistance in monetary transactions only, under the user’s own consent when creating an account or linking an existing account.

Login with facebook and Apple

The information collected with facebook or Apple account (face ID) included, will not be part of our database system, the only information is a linked to Alianza Network is a Login token in your Alianza Engineering Design Account and the described above is just basics required to participate doing business

Vehicle information:

The users are required to provide vehicle information with a manufacturer’s description for a higher quality of service to receive with the option of requesting updates from a system administrator as soon as the customer’s car profile is discarded or replaced for a new vehicle since the services are of another type of variant or category, (example: Plumber, Electrician or Auto Mechanic) the Technician users that offer the services work through equipped vehicles of private status or established companies, and the Technician vehicles that serve your vehicle require the customer’s information to the delivery technician and the delivery technician provides the data info to the customer of the same vehicle under the administration of the subscribed company, under its responsibility, according to the basic information shared in the same application system for reasons of physical and monetary security for both parties.

(Alianza Maintenance App) :
In this application users enter and can view the products and services they require (we will send a list of products and services in a file)
Then the client or users choose their specific products within the categories of the businesses, after buying them they attach them to the cart and request it from the business.
So, here the customer can see the status of his order in real time (From the warehouse process > On the way > Delivery > and Completed) at the end the user rates the delivery service.

(Alianza Business App) :
The business is registered, and after being approved by the Administrator you can upload your products and define the hours of operation
Receives the order from the application (ALIANZA MAINTENANCE “customer”) and prepares it from the warehouse to send it to the customer’s location destination through a delivery change the status in the customer’s application through the application> (ALIANZA ENGINEERS)

For example; a tire, a couple of car bulbs, nail polish, a car radio, a fish tank, a towing service, etc etc. all this is delivered through (ALIANZA ENGINEERS)

(Alianza Engineers App) :
The user registers and after being approved by the Administrator, must connect to start the tracking in Background so that the business can send delivery services near their location and to be tracked by the user (ALIANZA MAINTENANCE “Customer”) and can See when your order is about to arrive, after it is delivered or installed, rate the service.

Use of GPS and Accelerometer:
To make the real-time tracking of Alianza Engineering more efficient, we use the GPS and the Accelerometer for every 400 meters of displacement of the Delivery > (ALIANZA ENGINEERS,) to send the location to the database server and the following three applications so customer can see the displacement of the delivery in the map (ALIANZA MAINTENANCE “Customer”) (ALIANZA BUSINESS ) and the Administrator (ALIANZA ADMIN) apps.

“We do not use the accelerometer to know the physical activity of the user”, but to calculate the location and delivery of the product to the client in real time, even if the application is not in use or is in the background, unless the user exit the application and close the location in turn (access is available).

(Alianza ADMIN Department ) :
Basically, this application approves the deliverers (ALIANZA ENGINEERS App) or the businesses (ALIANZA BUSINESS App) and verifies the dispatch of the technicians to ensure the delivery and destination is safe for all the users.

This stage of the business project for businesses and Delivery Individuals “is not considered the sale of digital products” and in the first moment that in the future in case it occurs we will communicate immediately according to Apple policies to the same any other change with the business model, an immediate report and having a termination will be executed to comply ourselves with our policies.

THE ESTABLISHED BUSINESS HAS THE TOTAL LIABILITY IF ANY DIGITAL DEVICE IS BEING SOLD AS WELL AS ANY TECHNICIAN THAT TENDS TO ESTABLISH SALES OF SUCH DIGITAL DEVICES. “Are subject under their Own Responsibility as business and delivery”

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS ANSWERED:

1. Who are the users who will use the content and paid services of the application?
A: People who need a physical product or service for example Auto Enthusiasts or Mechanics and other types of services such as sport fishing, Tools, sports products like parts or objects addition.

2. Where can users purchase the content and services that can be accessed in the application?
A: Established local businesses that want to offer their product for people who are passionate about cars plus other variation of categories or products already described in question #1.

3. What specific types of previously purchased content and services can a user access in the app?
A: The user has access to all product categories that match their need and the purpose of the application (all products are reviewed by our administration.)

4. What paid content, subscriptions or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase?
A: We do not have subscriptions, all customers can see the products and services at no cost, if they wish to purchase it, all payments are restricted to the purchase of products and services in the application.

5. If a user signs up for a new account, is this account linked to an existing payment plan from the user’s organization?
A: A user can enter or create an account for free without any purchase commitment, there are no payment plans, there are only payments for each transaction (purchase of products or services.)

Performance and Software Requirements

During the review, we were asked to provide consent to access the fitness and movement activity information. However, we were unable to locate any features in your app that use your motion and fitness activity information.

A: Using GPS and Accelerometer:

So all this is the description of our first stage of the project is very simple and “the sale of digital products is not considered” and in the first moment that in the future in case we see them, we will communicate immediately according to our policies standards At the same time, any other change with the business model will be reported immediately to align ourselves with Apple and Play Store policies.
As a consequence, banning the business and or technician profile.

SECURITY TO INDIVIDUALS INTEGRITY:
